The purpose of this online claim form is to allow you to claim your share of the Settlement Fund from the Yahoo Data Breaches Class Action. To be eligible you must be a Canadian resident with Yahoo accounts at any time during the period January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2016, inclusive. The deadline to submit a claim is December 27, 2024.
You can submit a claim in either Category A or Category B. Please hover over each category claim for further details about each claim category.
Category A claim submissions require that you upload supporting documentation providing your claim.
Category B claims only require you to submit a copy of the notice you received indicating that your email was part of one or more than one of the data breaches OR proof of current residency in Canada.
