Did you get a letter with a unique reference number?
From the end of July until the fall of 2022, a notice of settlement will be sent to members and clients affected by the data leak on AccèsD or
by mail and published in newspapers. This notice will contain more information on how to make a claim under the settlement.
The Claims Portal will be open to all class members following the newspaper notice which will appear in mid-October 2022. Thus, if you have not
yet received a unique reference number, you should wait to receive one via AccèsD or by mail to file a claim. If you do not receive a unique
reference code via AccèsD or by mail, you will be able to file a claim only from mid-October 2022. You can click on the "REGISTER FOR UPDATES"
tab to be notified by email at this time.
For a better experience, it is recommended that you submit your claim using a computer rather than a mobile device.
